About the Steel Wire Rope Slings

Steel Wire Rope Slings are engineered lifting tools made from 6×19 or 6×37 high-carbon wire rope with IWRC or fibre cores and either mechanical aluminium-ferrule or hand-spliced eyes. Conforming to IS 2762 / BS EN 13414-1 with a 5:1 safety factor, they are configured as single or multi-leg slings to match the shape and weight of the load. The 6×19 construction suits general-purpose lifting while the more flexible 6×37 is preferred for larger-diameter, frequently-handled slings.
